Trade Into Cash ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates an online directory and lead-generation platform that connects individuals who wish to sell used electronic devices ("Sellers") with independent local buyers ("Buyers").
Trade Into Cash is a directory and marketing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, sale, purchase, exchange, or agreement between a Seller and a Buyer. We do not buy, sell, evaluate, appraise, or take possession of any device or item at any time.
Buyers listed on this platform are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of Trade Into Cash. We do not supervise, control, or direct their conduct.
Trade Into Cash expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to any in-person or remote interaction between a Seller and a Buyer. This includes but is not limited to:
You acknowledge that meeting a stranger to conduct a cash transaction carries inherent risks. You agree to take reasonable precautions, including but not limited to: meeting in a well-lit, public location; informing a trusted person of your plans; and verifying the identity of the person you are meeting.
Trade Into Cash strongly recommends that all meetups occur at a safe, public location such as a police station parking lot, a bank lobby, or another high-visibility public space.
Trade Into Cash does not perform background checks, criminal screenings, identity verification, or any other vetting of the Buyers listed on this platform. The listing of a Buyer on this platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding that Buyer's character, reliability, honesty, or fitness for any purpose.
You use information on this platform and engage with any Buyer entirely at your own risk.
By checking the consent checkbox on any buyer listing page and initiating contact via the call or text links provided, you acknowledge that you are providing your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by the specific Buyer identified on that page.
Your consent to receive calls and text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Trade Into Cash is not responsible for the content of any calls or text messages exchanged between you and a Buyer after you initiate contact.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Buyer listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information on this platform — including Buyer names, phone numbers, service areas, zip codes, or device types purchased — is accurate, current, or complete. Information may change without notice. You are responsible for confirming all relevant details directly with the Buyer before relying on them.

THIS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADE INTO CASH, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trade Into Cash and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of this platform; (b) any transaction you conduct with a Buyer; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
