Pick a brand. 2 mail-in buyers price cell phones — we show all of them side by side, highest offer first, and you finish the sale on the buyer’s own site with a prepaid shipping label.
Phones hold their value better than almost any other device, and the spread between buyers is real: on a recent flagship the highest mail-in offer is often $40–$100 above the lowest for the same storage, carrier and condition. Unlocked phones fetch the most; carrier-locked ones still sell, just for a little less. Storage matters more than colour, and battery health matters more than most people expect.

Prices updated October 2, 2026. Offers are re-read from each buyer’s published rate card on every rebuild.
Choose your cell phone, its configuration and an honest condition. Every buyer’s published price for that exact spec is shown highest first. Takes about a minute.
You finish the sale on the buyer’s own site. They email a prepaid label — usually the same day — and hold the quoted price for their price-lock window (7–30 days, shown on every offer). Ship in any box; most sellers use the one it came in.
The buyer inspects within 1–3 business days of delivery. If it matches what you described you’re paid by the method you chose. If they think it doesn’t, they send a revised offer you can accept or decline — declined devices come back to you free with every buyer we list.
| Condition | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Brand New | Sealed in the box, never activated. |
| Like New | Looks unused. No scratches or marks. Everything works. |
| Good | Light wear you have to look for. No cracks. Everything works. |
| Fair | Visible scratches, dents or scuffs. Glass intact. Everything works. |
| Cracked | Cracked screen or back glass, or one part not working. Still powers on. |
| Broken | Won't turn on, no display, or water damage. Sold for parts. |
One scale, used everywhere on the site. Sealed devices quote at the buyer's Like New price. Cracked glass drops an offer sharply but doesn’t kill it — Cracked is a real tier. A phone that won’t power on still has value for parts under Broken. Activation Lock (Find My iPhone) or a Google account still signed in will stop payment until it’s removed, so do that before you ship.
Yes, if you sell to an established buyer and wipe the phone first. Every buyer listed here has a published inspection process, a price-lock window and a free-return policy if you decline a revised offer. Wipe the phone, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and remove the SIM before it goes in the box.
Usually a little. Unlocked phones get the top price because the buyer can resell them anywhere. A locked phone that is paid off still sells; a phone with an outstanding balance or a blacklisted IMEI generally will not be paid for, so check with your carrier first.
If there is a buyer near you, local is usually the faster route: same-day cash and the price is confirmed in person. Mail-in wins when there is no local buyer, when you want the highest published price and can wait a few days, or when you would rather not meet in person.
They must tell you why and send a revised offer. You can accept it or decline; every buyer we list ships the phone back free if you decline. Describing the condition honestly up front is the best way to avoid a revision.
